Our site offers a convenient way to purchase our products online (referred to as "Service"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this site. By using this site, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept to be bound by them. 1. Registration
You are required to register with us when you use the services or place an order. By registering you are making a statement, upon which we are entitled to rely, that you are aged 18 years or above and capable of forming a legally binding contract.
You are required to provide us with accurate, current and complete information during registration. Should there be any changes regarding the information, you are required to inform us immediately in order to maintain effective communication between us.

2. Payment
The Company only accepts credit card, PayMe, Alipay, FPS, UnionPay, bank transfer and cash, and we reserve the right to exclude particular methods of payment.
Orders will be charged in Hong Kong dollars.
The Company reserves the right to change any payment terms for any order without prior notice.

3. Delivery
The Company accepts order which is in Hong Kong region only.
The Company uses SF Express.
Customer can choose point-to-point or self pick up delivery services. Pick up point or shipping address must be clear and correct. Information about self pick up locations, please refer to: SF Express.
Delivery Fee: Free delivery if higher than HKD $400. Customers shall be responsible for the delivery fee and settle the payment upon collecting the products. Please note that delivery fee is not reflected on the order. Information about delivery fee, please refer to: SF Express.
If delivery services may be due to heavy rainstorm and bad weather, we will not take the responsibility for that cause.

4. Cancel, Return and Refund
Please refer to “Return Policy”.
All return and refund requests are subject to the final decision of the Company.

5. Force Majeure
If the Company is prevented in the performance of the services it offers on this site by reason of act of God, fire, flood, casualty, accident or other natural disaster, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit or other causes that beyond the reasonable control of the Company, the Company shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention.

6. Disclaimer
All products are for external use only.  Customers need to ensure that your skin suits the products. If any allergy or sensitivity, discontinue use if a reaction occurs.  Please consult a healthcare provider.  Avoid contacting eyes; please use fresh water to rinse properly.
The Company shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, liability, damage, personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly to your access and use of the website and the content.

7. Intellectual Property
Romantic Toy Company Limited owns the intellectual property rights of the site and all contents on the site, including trademarks, logos, and company names. Any reproduction or use of any of the contents of this website without the prior written permission of Romantic Toy Company Limited is prohibited.
